We are seeking a high-calibre Leading Hand / Foreman to take ownership of commercial electrical and security projects and lead from the front. This is not a stepping-stone role. Your Role
As a Leading Hand / Foreman, you will:
* Lead and supervise site teams across electrical and/or security projects
* Coordinate daily works, labour, and materials
* Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and compliance
* Be the key point of contact on site for supervisors, PMs, and clients
* Mentor apprentices and junior tradespeople
* Drive productivity while protecting quality and safety
* Represent the business professionally at all times
What We're Looking For (A-Grade Only)
We are deliberately selective. This role is suited to someone who:
* Is a qualified electrician and/or senior security technician
* Must hold Australian citizenship for this position
* Has proven experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman
* Must have 3-5 years of Leading Hand or Foreman experience
* Understands commercial construction environments
* Can read plans, manage priorities, and run a site confidently
* Takes pride in clean, compliant, and well-documented work
* Leads by example and earns respect, not demands it
* Communicates clearly with both trades and management
* Wants long-term stability, not job-hopping
