Role Overview
The Digital Account Director at PMX will focus on the PMX Lift video product, bridging communication and operational gaps between technology partners, clients, and internal teams. You will be a strategic thinker passionate about customer experience, responsible for addressing client and agency queries, collaborating with partners to improve processes, and providing video recommendations. Monitoring campaign performance and KPIs will be key to assessing success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Agency and Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for inquiries related to PMX Lift, ensuring timely resolution and producing client recommendations.
2. Performance Monitoring: Proactively oversee campaign dashboards and KPIs, providing feedback to technology partners.
3. Business Development Support: Assist in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships.
4. Process Improvement: Collaborate to streamline campaign workflows for better efficiency.
5. Product Development: Gather feedback for product enhancements to improve user experience.
6. Enquiry and Campaign Metrics: Measure response times and ensure KPI monitoring.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experience in advertising agency or tech background
* High attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, strategic thinking, proactive attitude
* Digital planning experience; video knowledge is a plus
* Knowledge of ad-tech: DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, verification tech, adserving, RTB
* Analytical skills with ability to tell a story with data
* Experience liaising with clients and stakeholders
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Strong aesthetic sense and professional standards
* Commercial acumen is advantageous but not mandatory
