Job Title: Guest Services Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Officer to join our team. As an essential part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience from initial contact to departure. This includes staffing reception, setting up conference and event spaces, managing inquiries, and handling general and financial administration tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests
* Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling face-to-face interactions
* Set up and maintain conference and event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and equipment
* Process payments, manage cash handling, and perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong background in Guest Services or customer-facing administration
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency with various booking systems and platforms
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* RSA certification is mandatory prior to commencement
