To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:
* Full availability, including weekends, with the ability to work 30–38 hours per week
* Previous administrative or organisational experience (preferred)
* Flexibility to work across both Belgian Gardens and North Shore locations
* Own reliable transport
* A friendly, professional manner with strong communication skills

* Working closely with our dental professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications
* Demonstrates a warm, professional manner and the ability to create a positive patient experience.
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Works collaboratively within a team environment and provides support to colleagues as required.
* Displays enthusiasm for learning, professional development, and taking on new responsibilities.
* Previous experience in dental or medical reception is highly regarded; however, strong customer service experience and a positive, committed attitude are equally valued.
* Availability for occasional late‐night shifts and weekends as required.
