What You’ll Be Doing
Reviewing plans and variations to prepare accurate quotes and cost proposals
Working with Sales and Drafting to ensure pricing is sharp, competitive and aligned with the client’s needs
Staying across market trends and competitor pricing to support strong decision‑making
Identifying smart cost‑saving opportunities that never compromise quality
Updating and maintaining our Base Price Book and Variation Price Book
What You Bring
3+ years of experience as a Sales Estimator or Production Estimator in residential construction
Strong Databuild skills and advanced Excel capability
Solid understanding of residential building standards, methods and workflows
Ability to turn data into accurate cost estimates, budgets and clear explanations
Confident communication, strong problem‑solving ability and a steady approach
Comfortable juggling multiple requests in a fast‑paced environment
