Digital Nomads HQ is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Sales Administrator to join our team in Mooloolaba, Queensland.
This full-time role is the engine room of our sales department, ensuring that every lead is nurtured, every client meeting is seamless, and our sales pipeline moves with precision.
You will be the bridge between initial interest and a closed deal, supporting our senior strategists while managing the essential administrative and relationship-building tasks that drive our agency forward.
Note: Candidates must hold Australian permanent residency status to be eligible for this position.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead Nurturing: Manage inbound inquiries and maintain consistent, high-value communication with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling meetings, preparing discovery documents, and ensuring clients feel supported before and after consultations.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update our CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and opportunities are tracked effectively.
Proposal Support: Assist in the creation of sales decks, quotes, and contracts, ensuring they meet the high standards of the Digital Nomads HQ brand.
Process Optimisation: Identify ways to streamline the sales cycle, from automating follow-ups to improving internal handovers to the delivery team.
Reporting: Track sales KPIs and provide regular updates to management on lead conversion rates and pipeline health.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in a sales support, lead generation, or administrative role, preferably within a digital agency or tech environment.
Exceptional Communication: You are comfortable talking to clients and have a "people-first" approach to professional correspondence.
CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce) is essential.
Organisational Mastery: You can juggle multiple client schedules and deadlines without breaking a sweat.
Proactive Mindset: You don't just wait for instructions; you see a gap in the process and suggest a way to fix it.
Tech-Savvy: A quick learner of new digital tools and a genuine interest in the digital nomad and remote work ecosystem.
