Role Description: We are seeking a skilled Ambulance Care Specialist to join our team. As an EMT/Paramedic, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a variety of settings.

* You will interact with patients to schedule and follow up on appointments, provide protocol-driven care as ordered by the provider, and implement initiatives like preventative screening and health education.
* You will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure employees receive appropriate care and programs.
* You will formulate individualized programs based on health risk assessment results and target high-need departments with interventions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* You will assist with annual physicals and placement examinations, complete screenings, testing, and results reporting.
* You will help schedule and complete follow-up exams, return to work exams, and consultation.
* You will coordinate client referrals to other providers and arrange or perform follow-up evaluations with detailed documentation of progress.
* You will participate in formal classes for groups of employees, coordinate health fairs, and conduct training sessions for regulatory requirements.
* You will collect and interpret data on one-on-ones and program offerings, ensuring tabulations of utilization and evaluations are timely and thoroughly documented.
* You will provide one-on-one counseling/coaching with clients, provide and interpret screening services as needed, and consult with employees regarding health awareness, education, and care navigation.
* You will consult with internal and external partners to provide care navigation, build teams and partnerships, and ensure a safe working environment for self and coworkers.

Requirements:

* You must be a Licensed Emergency Medical Technician or Licensed Paramedic.
* You must have Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
