About the Role
We're looking for a talented Midweight Graphic Designer to create visually compelling content across all marketing channels—digital and print. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves collaborating on creative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Design graphic content for marketing media across digital (web, EDMs, online ads, lookbooks) and print (POS, packaging, catalogues).
* Develop product packaging from concept to finished artwork for bedlinen, fragrance, laundry care, and small goods.
* Collaborate with Graphic Design, Marketing, and Studio teams to deliver seasonal campaigns and in-store collateral.
* Maintain consistent brand identity and apply strong design principles (colour, typography, photography).
* Take projects from initial concept through to finished artwork.
* Submit creative deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
What We're Looking For
* Qualification in Graphic Design or similar.
* 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
* Strong concept development and finished art skills for both print and digital.
* Understanding of brand guidelines and campaign strategy.
