We are seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Program Manager and Engineering Change Manager to provide program reporting and monitoring activities.
Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare and maintain the program calendar.
* Gather, maintain, and analyze data to demonstrate program compliance and status based on Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
* Support the Performance Measurement Coordinator with the development and maintenance of project measurement data and indicators.
* Provide support to Program Schedulers in the maintenance of the program schedule (MS Project).
* Develop and deliver external DSC Program Reporting in accordance with ASDEFCON requirements.
* Contract Status Report (CSR).
* Combined Services Summary Report (CSSR).
* Annual Engineering Work Report (AEWR).
* Prepare materials and data in support of Program Reviews in accordance with ASDEFCON requirements.
* Contract Performance Review (CPR).
* Combined Services Performance Review (CSPR).
* Performance Assessment Review (PAR).
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 3-5 years equivalent experience in program administration.
* Proven experience as a program coordinator, scheduler, project controller, or similar role.
* Demonstrated understanding of EVM principles and project scheduling.
* Strong data analysis skills related to project scheduling and progress tracking.
* Very strong interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening, and decision-making skills.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment.
* Ability to communicate effectively and build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the business and clients.
* Strong written skills, report writing (MS Word), and preparation of presentation material (MS PowerPoint).
* Understanding of Defence Seaworthiness Management System (DSWMS) and the N4 Library.
