Your responsibilities will include accessing clientneeds, developing care plans, connecting clients with resources and services, advocating for their rights and offering emotional support.The Student Wellbeing Package will ensure every Queensland primary and secondary state school student has access to a wellbeing professional at school.This is a PO2 progression position as per the Role Description. The successful applicant will be appointed to the PO2 classification with eligibility for progression to the PO3 once specific criteria have been met or demonstrated.
