Job Description
We are seeking a professional and reliable luxury transportation specialist to provide high-end transportation services between Singleton, NSW, and Sydney, NSW.
The role involves early morning departures and evening returns, driving a provided luxury SUV. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safely transporting clients between locations, adhering to all traffic regulations and ensuring a smooth, comfortable journey.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Safely transport clients between locations, adhering to all traffic regulations and ensuring a smooth, comfortable journey.
* Depart early morning (typically between 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM) and return in the evening (typically between 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM), 3-4 times per week.
* Operate and maintain a luxury SUV in excellent condition, reporting any issues promptly.
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients' comfort and satisfaction during travel.
* Plan routes to optimize travel time and avoid delays, using GPS and real-time traffic updates.
* Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
* Ensure the vehicle is clean, presentable, and fueled before each trip.
* Handle luggage or other client belongings with care, as needed.
* Adhere to schedules while remaining flexible to accommodate client needs or unexpected changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a professional driver or chauffeur (preferred).
* Excellent knowledge of NSW road networks, particularly the Singleton to Sydney route.
* Strong time management and punctuality to meet early morning departure schedules.
* Professional demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with clients.
* Physically capable of assisting with luggage and performing basic vehicle checks.
* Familiarity with luxury vehicles and their operation (preferred).
* Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and potentially weekends, depending on client needs.
* Pass a background check and provide references upon request.
