About Us

ITR Pacific is part of the USCO ITR Group, the world's largest supplier of aftermarket Earthmoving Machinery Parts. With seven branches and warehouses nationwide, two undercarriage workshops, and industry experts in each region, ITR Pacific can confidently service all sectors of the Australian earthmoving market, including Mining, Construction, Quarrying, Plant Hire, Agricultural, Forestry Industries and more.

The Role

The Warehouse Manager leads all warehouse and logistics operations, driving accuracy, speed and safety across receiving, storage and dispatch. This is a hands-on leadership role – you are on the floor setting the standard, not watching from the office.

You will build a disciplined, high-performing warehouse that delivers on service, whilst maintaining high levels of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, container unloading, checking, put-away, picking, and dispatch of earthmoving parts and components. Meeting KPIs for accuracy, damage reduction, and turnaround time.
* Drive WHSE excellence: conduct safety audits, yard inspections, toolbox talks, and ensure housekeeping standards are non-negotiable.
* Optimise warehouse layout and space utilisation to improve workflow, safety, and storage density.
* Own stock integrity: oversee cycle counts and stock takes, maintain accurate records, and eliminate discrepancies.
* Manage warehouse assets, including forklifts, lifting equipment, and racking – ensuring all inspections, servicing, and compliance are documented.
* Protect inventory through strong security controls and damage-prevention processes.
* Oversee all incoming container movements – ensuring paperwork, timing, and processes minimise delays and demurrage.
* Monitor and challenge freight costs for branch distribution.
* Identify and interpret parts with no parts numbers, working with the parts interpreters and product managers.
* Develop forward-looking strategies that support growth, manage risk and embed sustainable practices.

What You Bring

* Proven leadership of warehouse or logistics teams – with you leading from the front.
* Highly organised with the ability to juggle competing priorities without compromising safety or quality.
* A continuous improvement mindset, across the warehouse and local logistics
* Minimum 3 years' leadership experience in supply chain, logistics or heavy parts warehousing.
* Current unrestricted driver's licence and forklift licence.
* Strong work ethic, resilience and the presence to command respect on the floor.
