Therapist - Clinical Services
We are seeking a highly skilled Therapist to join our team and provide evidence-based clinical services under the guidance of our experienced Leadership Team.
* This role will be responsible for day-to-day clinical services within our Therapy, Education and Support Services team.
* Clinical service delivery under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
About the Role:
You will be working closely with children and/or adults with developmental delay and/or disability, providing therapy services that make a real difference in their lives.
* Key duties and responsibilities include:
* Providing clinical services under the mentoring and guidance of our Leadership Team.
* Developing and communicating ideas for innovation and improvement.
* Engaging in and leading clinical work that is guided by evidence-based practice.
* Recognising and supporting cultural, spiritual and neurodiversity of customers.
* Ensuring clear customer documentation.
* Working collaboratively with enthusiasm, recognising contributions from all members of the team.
* Actively participating in staff supervision process.
* Participating in student placements.
* Being solution-focused, honest and responsive to new directions and program requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
We are looking for a candidate with:
1. 5+ years of experience as a Therapist.
2. Experience in supporting and mentoring others.
3. Bachelor or Masters of Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy.
4. Current professional membership with SPA or AHPRA.
5. Safety Screening, including WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check.
