We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our Finance Team and play a key role in strengthening financial governance, organisational capability and customer-focused service delivery.
This is a visible, collaborative leadership role that works closely with managers and staff across the organisation — providing management accounting insights, budgeting and forecasting support, reconciliations, grants financial oversight, ARIC reporting and financial guidance to help teams make informed decisions.
You'll provide day-to-day leadership of the Finance Team, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and promote a positive, service-oriented finance culture.
About You
You'll bring:
* Experience in financial management, management accounting and reporting
* Strong communication and relationship-building capability
* Experience leading or mentoring staff
* Knowledge of financial controls, reconciliations and audit processes
* Local government experience and CPA/CA (desirable)
