Learning & Development Coordinator *Join a team passionate about capability, culture and people development.*DFP Recruitment is proud to partner with our client to seek a motivated and proactive Learning & Development Coordinator (or strong Administrator/EA with transferable skills) to join the Culture & Capability – Store Training Team.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and enjoys juggling coordination, communication, and admin support.
This is an immediate start position, running until at least mid-December (12 weeks minimum), with the possibility of extension.
*About the Role*Reporting to the Culture & Capability team, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of training programs across the organisation. From coordinating sessions and managing data through to creating engaging communications and presentations, you'll help ensure that store teams have access to the tools and resources they need to succeed.
*Your responsibilities will include:*
* Coordinating training sessions and managing end-to-end logistics
* Assisting with learning materials, presentations, and communication content
* Providing high-quality admin support across the Store Training team
* Managing data in Excel and producing accurate reports
* Supporting stakeholders with queries and ensuring smooth information flow
* Taking a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvements
**About You*You're a highly organised coordinator or administrator who loves supporting people and projects. You enjoy variety in your work and can quickly pick things up and run with them. A background in Learning & Development would be great but is not essential – what matters most is your proactive mindset and strong coordination skills. *You bring:****
* Excellent admin and coordination experience (EA, coordinator or similar)
* Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience preparing reports, presentations, and written communications
* Confidence in managing data and attention to detail
* A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach
