High-Level Administrative and Governance Support Role
The primary objective of this position is to provide high-level administrative support to the Director, as well as secondary governance support.
This role requires a high level of customer service skills, with an emphasis on discretion and confidentiality. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A strong understanding of corporate governance practices and procedures is essential, as is experience in providing high-level administrative support to senior executives.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, including preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents.
* Assist the Director with governance-related tasks, such as preparing agendas, minutes, and other documentation.
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and other activities for the Director.
* Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
