Customer Experience Specialist

This part-time role in our Cohuna Branch involves working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 2pm. You will have the opportunity to develop your career in banking with hands-on support and training opportunities.

* Support customers by being their first point of contact and ensuring they receive a seamless experience every step of the way.
* Assist customers in identifying suitable products and services, including account opening, unsecured lending, and banking transactions.
* Demonstrate digital solutions to help make banking simple, easy, and secure for our customers.

To succeed in this role you'll need:
