About the Role
Based at our Head Office in Wheelers Hill, this full-time role plays a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll be the first point of contact for patients and practices, managing inbound and outbound calls, booking appointments, and responding to enquiries for our specialist services nationwide.
If you enjoy helping people, have a positive and approachable manner, and are comfortable handling a high volume of calls in a busy environment, you'll feel right at home in this role.
Responsibilities include:
* Answering inbound and outbound calls and booking patient appointments with care and professionalism
* Delivering a high standard of call quality while keeping booking errors to a minimum
* Accurately entering and updating patient details in our medical software system (Healthtrack)
* Taking part in regular training and quality assurance activities
* Contributing to a positive, supportive, and collaborative contact centre culture
Requirements
About You
You'll be well suited to this role if you have:
* Full working rights in Australia
* Experience in healthcare or medical administration (highly regarded)
* Previous customer service or phone-based experience (essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm and compassionate approach
* The ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
* Confidence using clinical software systems (desirable)
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* A strong eye for detail and a genuine desire to help people
* A team-focused attitude and willingness to support others
