The Role This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded commercial property team with a growing industrial asset portfolio.
Reporting to a supportive senior leadership group, you’ll manage a well-maintained portfolio comprising mainly industrial and mixed-use assets.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day management of industrial and mixed-use properties
Manage rent collection, outgoings and arrears
Coordinate lease renewals, negotiations and documentation
Conduct inspections and prepare reports
Prepare annual budgets and outgoings reconciliationsBuild strong tenant and client relationships
The Candidate
Previous experience in Commercial or Industrial Property Management (ideally 1–2 years minimum)
Candidates with a residential background and strong interest in industrial assets are also encouraged to apply
Sound knowledge of the Commercial Tenancies Act
Current Certificate of Registration and driver’s licence
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Professional presentation and a proactive attitude
