The Role
We are looking for a highly-organised and motivated Conveyancer/Property Paralegal to join a Doyle's guide recognised Partner and their team. Work on a variety of matters across multiple jurisdictions, including residential, commercial, high-end developments and off the plan.
DutiesHandle a wide range of conveyancing matters from open to completion Obtain instructions from clientsReview and prepare Contracts of Sale, and submit all necessary documents Attend to all settlement completion processes Maintain and oversee organisation of matters to ensure smooth transaction processesSkills & ExperienceUp-to-date experience as a Conveyancer or Property ParalegalStrong team player with excellent attention to detail and organisation skillsAbility to remain calm in fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities A people-person who can adapt to a cooperative national teamCulture & Benefits
