Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage Windows and Linux workstations on EVDI and physical infrastructure.
* Troubleshoot application functionality, crash, and performance issues.
* Investigate user performance and collaborate with external teams to enhance user experience.
* Provide Tier 2 incident resolution for Linux and Windows applications.
* Offer remote end-user desktop support.
* Identify, analyze, and resolve system incidents with short-term workarounds and long-term solutions.
* Respond to escalated service desk/team requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Active Directory Administration expertise.
* Proficiency in DNS, DHCP, DFS, LDAP technologies.
* Familiarity with Windows 10, Server 2012, Server 2016 operating systems.
* Application troubleshooting skills for Outlook, Excel, Word, Java, Internet Explorer.
* Linux Operating System knowledge.
* Understanding of Service Now or other ticketing processes.
* ITIL v3 or higher certification.
Certification Requirement: IAT II is mandatory from the start.
