As we enter our next growth phase, we’re looking for a motivated Junior Mortgage Broker to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to grow under the mentorship of highly experienced professionals and carve out a long‑term career pathway with us.
About the Role:
As a Junior Broker with BID Capital, you will:
* Work closely with our senior team (including a GM with 30+ years’ banking experience and an award‑winning senior broker).
* Manage client relationships across first home buyers, refinancers, investors, and self‑employed clients.
* Convert warm leads and develop your own referral networks.
* Leverage the support of our Credit Analyst and Client Services Manager, so you can focus on client engagement and business growth.
* Receive ongoing training and mentoring to accelerate your career toward becoming a Senior Broker.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in bank lending, credit, or mortgage broking.
* Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or willingness to obtain it.
* MFAA or FBAA current accreditation.
* Strong understanding of residential lending products and policies.
* Client‑first mindset, with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Proactive, motivated, and eager to grow your client base.
