Purpose
We're on the hunt for a highly organised, detail-driven Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced retail marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Leader, you'll play a key role in bringing national campaigns and weekly deal activity to life across one of Australia's largest retailers. You'll work closely with internal teams, media partners and production suppliers to ensure campaigns land on time, in market and to a high standard. This is a hands‐on, high-volume role where no two weeks look the same. You'll be across campaign delivery, tactical "deals to market", store communications, supporting events, partnerships and our new loyalty program – World360 Rewards. Primary Accountabilities & Objectives
* Coordinate end-to-end delivery of campaign and tactical marketing activity across owned and paid channels (including press, radio, POS and digital)
* Plan, brief and deliver weekly "deals to market" ensuring accuracy, timeliness and alignment across all channels
* Manage production timelines, briefs and asset delivery to ensure campaigns launch on time
* Support the delivery of consumer events and partnership activity, including on-the-ground execution where required
* Work closely with internal teams, store network and external partners to ensure seamless execution
* Maintain clear and consistent communication to stores to support campaign rollout
* Monitor performance and contribute insights to optimise future activity
What we're looking for
* Strong attention to detail – you don't let things slip
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Confident stakeholder manager – able to coordinate across teams and keep things moving
* Highly organised with strong time and project management skills
* Proactive, hands‐on and solutions‐focused
* Experience in marketing coordination (3 years + with campaign delivery or retail marketing is highly regarded)
* Tertiary level qualification in marketing / business fields
Salary
$80k Plus Super (based on experience)
