About the role
You'll act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships with both doctors and healthcare clients. With the support of a dedicated admin and operations team, you'll focus on what you do best:
relationship building, providing solutions, and delivering results.
You will:
* Qualify doctors and consult with them to align their goals with the right locum opportunities.
* Collaborate with healthcare organisations to understand current and future recruitment needs.
* Strategically match candidates with job opportunities across states and territories.
* Negotiate and finalise agreements between clients and doctors.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences and go above and beyond for both clients and candidates.
This is a phone-based role, based in our fantastic
Robina office
, with flexible hybrid work arrangements available post initial 6 months training.

You might come from a
recruitment, healthcare, or sales background
, or all three. Either way, you're confident, curious, and highly motivated to build a thriving portfolio in a fast-moving space.
You'll ideally have:
* Solid experience in recruitment (bonus if in locum, healthcare, or medical staffing sectors)
* A performance-driven mindset of ownership, persistence, optimism, and resilience
* Proven experience in high volume, agency recruitment
* Strong business development skills, calling clients to ascertain their locum and permanent recruitment needs
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills with a consultative approach
* Confidence managing a phone-based client portfolio across multiple stakeholders
* Strong track record of meeting and exceeding placement, activity, and revenue KPIs in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* A passion for making a difference in people's lives
