Role Summary
Exciting opportunity to kickstart your HR career as a People & Culture Coordinator at Rocky Bay. Permanent, full‐time position with hybrid working arrangements after probation. Salary ranges from $57,577.20 to $65,485.54 plus salary packaging.
Key Requirements
* Excellent organisational and time‐management skills
* Strong problem‐solving abilities
* Confidence managing competing priorities in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment
* Positive, professional "can‐do" attitude and willingness to support others
* Passion for recognising and rewarding staff
* Experience in administration and a desire to transition into HR, or recent HR‐related studies
* Great communication skills, both written and verbal
* Solid skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
* Genuine desire to grow within a leading, innovative organisation
