Job Description:

Our teams collaborate across the organization to build a strong pipeline of future leaders. You will lead performance and talent review cycles, including calibration and reporting, as well as develop education and resources to support leaders and employees.
Furthermore, you will manage talent and HRIS systems, provide technical support for role-specific projects, and analyze data to identify trends and inform decision-making.

Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field.
* Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent frameworks.
* Strong understanding of performance management and succession planning.
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
* High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
* Ability to work strategically and operationally in a complex environment.
