This is a great role for an experienced Assistant Centre Manager to step up into CM role! About the role: You will inspire, motivate, and guide a team of Early Childhood Educators while ensuring a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children. You will oversee educational planning and development, ensuring the centre remains compliant with all regulations. With your natural and engaging leadership style, you will build a thriving occupancy as you make this centre your own. This Early Learning service is situated in a vibrant part of Melbourne's inner southeast, easily accessible by public transport, car, or even on foot. The centre forms part of one of Australia's largest childcare organisations, with 50 centres across Victoria alone. The 70 Place service offers children an immersive and advanced approach to learning, encouraging a professional growth culture within the organisation. About you: Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education or above At least 2-3 years of experience in a senior leadership position at a long day care Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Experience going through A&R is highly desirable What next?
