**What the role involves**:
- Providing field-based assessment and investigation of residential insurance losses
- Liaising with policyholders concerning their claims.
Examining claims forms, policies and endorsements, client instructions, and other records to determine coverage.
- Investigating claims by interviewing claimants and witnesses, obtaining official reports, inspecting physical damage, and comparing claim information with evidence.
- Set loss reserves and control claims costs
**What experience you will bring**:
- Strong technical skills to assess the cause and repair of damage
- Ability to produce reports for the insurer to evaluate losses
- Experience in building strong relationships with all stakeholders
- A solid understanding of external loss adjusting OR end to end internal claims management
