Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Employee Relations professional to lead the development and implementation of governance frameworks, policies, and strategic initiatives that ensure compliance with employment laws, enterprise and collective agreements, and internal policies.

This role involves leading complex employee relations matters, driving policy development, managing change, and supporting key people and culture activities such as embedding legislative changes, providing strategic ER advice to the business, and reviewing policies and procedures.
\
The ideal candidate will have seven or more years' experience as a senior ER/IR practitioner in a commercial organisation of significant complexity, a degree in Law (desirable), and experience in project and change management, including cross-functional teams.

* Develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, and strategic initiatives to ensure compliance with employment laws, enterprise and collective agreements, and internal policies
\
* Lead complex employee relations matters, drive policy development, manage change, and support key people and culture activities
\
* Provide strategic ER advice to the business, review policies and procedures, and embed legislative changes
\
* Work closely with the internal legal team, partner with leaders across People & Culture, and stay ahead of external regulatory trends
\
\
* Seven or more years' experience as a senior ER/IR practitioner in a commercial organisation of significant complexity
\
* Degree in Law (desirable)
\
* Experience in project and change management, including cross-functional teams
\
* Strong analytical skills, ability to work collaboratively across whole of function and broader group
\
* Relevant tertiary qualifications - Degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Law
