Key Responsibilities: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Cisco Web Secure Access (Umbrella), including DNS-layer security, Secure Web Gateway (SWG), CASB, and cloud-delivered firewall capabilities. Design, implement, and manage secure access policies to support enterprise security strategies. Integrate Cisco Umbrella with other security tools including Cisco SecureX, AMP, Identity Services Engine (ISE), and SIEM platforms. Monitor and analyze web traffic patterns and security events to detect and respond to threats. Provide guidance on secure internet access design for on-premise, remote, and hybrid workforce environments. Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks. Support security audits, incident response efforts, and compliance initiatives. Provide L3/L4 technical support and training to internal teams and stakeholders. Stay current with Cisco updates, threat intelligence, and emerging web security trends. Required Skills: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Cisco Umbrella / Web Secure Access. Strong knowledge of DNS-layer security, secure web gateways, cloud firewalls, and CASB. Experience with Cisco cloud security integrations (SecureX, AMP, ISE, etc.). Proficiency with security protocols, networking (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, VPN, proxies), and firewall rules. Familiarity with identity-based access control and cloud access policies. Experience in managing security incidents, threat hunting, and log analysis. Relevant certifications preferred: Cisco CCNP Security, Cisco Security Specialist, CCIE Security, or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in large enterprise or MSP environments. Knowledge of ITIL framework and security operations best practices. Exposure to compliance requirements like Essential 8, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc
