Health Care Support Role
The role of Health Care Support is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a clinical environment.
As a Health Care Support staff member, you will be responsible for providing clerical services, including the maintenance of electronic and hard copy health records, maintaining databases and information management systems, filing and photocopying, and ordering stationery. You will also communicate with internal and external customers to obtain patient information as required.
Work undertaken by Health Care Support staff members will be in accordance with Defence Policies and Procedures, Medical-in-Confidence and Staff-in-Confidence standards.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
* A minimum of 1 year full-time experience as an Administrative role (or part-time equivalent).
* Demonstrated ability to work in a customer service focused environment.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to support the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality care to patients.

Richmond Health Centre is located at RAAF Base Richmond, the oldest Air Force base in NSW, 50 km north-west of Sydney. The Health Centre offers primary health care, along with physiotherapy and dental services.
