Territory Manager – Hostplus

Lead a high‑performing team to strengthen employer and member relationships, drive growth, and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor Account Managers, ensuring compliance with RG146 accreditation.
- Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with growth objectives.
- Maintain and grow employer/member portfolios through proactive engagement.
- Deliver quarterly service reports and implement client engagement strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and ensure seamless onboarding of large accounts.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in financial services, with a strong track record in account management.
- Exceptional networking and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to develop and implement successful sales and account management strategies.
- Knowledge of superannuation, industrial relations, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication, organisational, and report‑writing skills.
- RG146 compliant.
