We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our Driver Operations team. This is a role for a builder-operator who is equally comfortable diving into a messy spreadsheet as they are managing high-stakes partner communications.
You will be responsible for a defined part of our day-to-day operations, ensuring that our processes are running smoothly and that our partners receive accurate, timely, and high-quality support. This is not a management-first role; we need a hands-on executor who takes pride in owning a project from the first data query to the final slide.

Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing track of the details. You will be expected to self-prioritise and drive tasks to completion with minimal oversight.Data-Driven Problem Solving: Don’t just report the 'what' - find the 'why.' You will investigate operational bottlenecks, query data to find root causes, and suggest actionable solutions.Operational Hygiene: Maintain a gold standard for accuracy. This includes keeping internal trackers updated in real-time, ensuring all external communications are factually perfect, and producing polished, client-ready decks and reports.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a reliable point of contact for internal and external partners. You must be able to translate complex operational needs into clear, concise advice.Continuous Improvement: Constantly question the status quo. If a process isn't working or an answer doesn't seem right, you are expected to dig deeper until you find the truth.

Qualifications:Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a high-intensity environment (e.g., Operations, Tech, or High-growth startups).The Consultant Lens: ~12 months in management consulting is highly preferred. We value the ability to structure problems and communicate visually.Technical Literacy: You are comfortable with light technical tasks. Proficiency in SQL (querying) and a mastery of Excel/Google Sheets is a significant advantage.Academic Background: Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
