Customer Success Representative
Location: Entegy Offices - West End, Brisbane/Hybrid

Role Overview
We’re seeking a dedicated Customer Success Representative to join our Customer Success team in Brisbane. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients and partners, acting as a strategic advisor and advocate. You’ll be instrumental in onboarding, driving adoption, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
You’re someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, is passionate about relationship management, and has a strong grasp of digital platforms. You’re proactive, organised, and comfortable navigating both strategy and detail.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Entegy clients and partners
* Lead onboarding and training sessions, ensuring smooth adoption of the Entegy platform
* Maintain regular client engagement to support usage, renewals, and growth
* Collaborate with support and product teams to resolve issues and surface key feedback
* Monitor account health and flag risks early, proactively reducing churn
* Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
* Deliver insights, best practices, and updates that support client success
* Contribute to internal initiatives focused on improving customer experience and success outcomes
Qualifications
* Experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities
* Technically confident and quick to learn digital platforms
* Based in Brisbane and available for in-office collaboration

* Experience working with SaaS or B2B platforms
* Exposure to the events, media, or technology industries
* Confidence interpreting data to inform account strategy
* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
* Proactive, solutions-driven mindset
