About the Client
Our client is a professional services firm that deals with investment advice and technology to institutional investors. They now seek an experienced Recruitment Consultant.
The Role
This is a full time position with an annual salary between $75,000 to $85,000 depending on experience plus superannuation.
Responsibilities
Some of the duties and tasks will include:
* Manage and coordinate job vacancy advertisements across various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
* Manage recruitment services for vacant roles available within the business and work with external recruitment partners. Utilize Jobadder for recruitment profiling.
* Conduct interviews, assessments, and selection processes to identify the best candidates for available roles.
* Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring full compliance with company policies and their successful integration in the organisation.
* Review and interpret relevant employment laws, awards, contracts, and wage systems to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
* Negotiate employment terms, including salaries, contracts, and working conditions, in line with company policies.
* Use ELMO-HRIS for performance management,payroll, and personnel engagement.
* Plan, coordinate and rollout the annual staff survey.
* Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving disputes, and fostering a positive work culture through Culture amp.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or Human Resource.
* A minimum of three years of full-time work experience in recruitment.
* Familiar with ELMO-HRIS, Jobadder and Culture amp software
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and relevant employment legislation.
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
