ABOUT THE ROLE
Based out of our Warehouse in Emerald QLD, the primary objective in this position will be ensuring that customer orders are prepared and dispatched correctly in a timely manner.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
* Picking stock for orders and packing goods for distribution
* Storing away products in correct locations
* Relocating inventory to fully utilise storage space
* Assisting with counter sales
* Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the warehouse
* Undertake warehouse receivable process
* Produce packaging as required
* Observe safety procedures when storing and retrieving inventory
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Forklift License desired
* 3 years of experience in a Storeperson role
* Willingness to learn and develop
* Solid knowledge of warehousing principles including warehouse safety
* Strong work ethic and time management skills
* Willingness to support and assist team members
