About the Role In this varied and hands-on role, you'll play a key part in keeping our customers and our team moving.
From managing parts enquiries to supporting sales and admin functions, you'll be the go-to person for accurate information, efficient service, and a friendly customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Process and manage all parts orders, including pricing, data entry, and ordering from local and international suppliersRespond to phone, email, and counter enquiries with prompt and professional customer serviceReceive and process incoming parts orders, branch transfers, and supplier deliveriesAssist staff with technical parts information and general supportProvide administrative and customer service assistance to the Sales DepartmentMaintain compliance with WHSEQ requirements at all times What We're Looking For Previous experience in a parts interpreter/sales, customer service, or administration role (equipment or automotive industry experience highly regarded)Strong customer service skills with a professional, friendly, and approachable mannerSolid organisational and time management abilitiesCapable of working collaboratively in a team environmentEnthusiasm for solving customer challenges and delivering great service Desired Skills and Experience Why Join CEA?
