The KYC Maintenance & Enforcement Administration team a part of Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention, a diverse, multi brand servicing hub delivering more than 150 different customer and employee activities which are crucial to the smooth running of the bank.
Superior adherence to the banks Anti Money Laundering AML / CTF & Sanctions policies is required ensuring the group meet their reporting obligations.

**What do I need?**
You will need excellent interpersonal skills and will come from a service-based background. Answering our Inbound call queue, you will provide exceptional customer service to our customers, assisting the bank to meet its KYC compliance Obligations.
