About The Role
Architectus is seeking a creative and adept all-round Senior Interior Designer to work across large scale residential and multi-res projects as part of our Living Sector team. Supported by a larger, collaborative team, your project delivery skills, including strong design, documentation in Revit, and delivery, will be critical to your success.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Partner with project and design leads to develop and deliver design concepts through to documentation and delivery
* Support the team to prepare presentation packages and articulate strong project narratives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams
* Mentor and guide junior designers as part of a growing studio team
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or equivalent
* 5+ years post-graduate experience in interiors, with exposure to large-scale residential and mixed-use building (essential)
* A confident, clear communication style - visually, verbally, and in writing
* Strong design intuition with the ability to take concepts into 3D design development
* Advanced proficiency in Revit, Enscape and InDesign
* Solid knowledge of materials, construction methods and relevant codes
