Main Responsibilities:
* Supporting leaders in addressing workforce needs and implementing effective solutions.
* Fostering an inclusive workplace culture through coaching and guidance.
Providing expert advice on policy interpretation processes and best practices while partnering with the P&C team to support business plans goals and targets.
Partnering with leaders to implement Evolution's P&C strategies and developing tailored initiatives for EHO ensuring alignment with industry trends and strategic goals.
Providing strategic advice on performance management processes including crafting role descriptions and setting KPIs navigating Industrial Relations matters including policy interpretation enterprise agreements and employee relations activities.
About You:
The ideal applicant is a people-oriented professional who excels at building strong relationships and collaborating across all levels of an organization.
To succeed in this role you will bring previous experience in an HR Business Partnering or Advising capacity within heavy industry along with tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Industrial/Employee Relations.
You must have a solid understanding of enterprise agreements and how they are applied as well as strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and the National Employment Standards.
Your background will include facilitating performance management talent development and succession planning processes and you'll be confident in interpreting people data coordinating reporting.
You should also have experience coaching and supporting leaders exposure to job benchmarking involvement in annual salary review activities.
