In this role, you will drive the product change program, including NPD, value engineering, and new packaging formats for growth across Lion’s brand portfolio. This role will be based out of our York Street Office with hybrid working options available.A day in the lifeProject manage priority NPD, value creation, and other product changes through development and commercialisation to launch.Deliver projects through StageGate, applying the process for efficiency and proper governance.Partner with brand, supply chain, and RGM teams to execute the agreed pipeline to plan.Drive strong visibility of the product change program through PMR and other innovation forums.Drive continuous improvement in project management approaches, including the adoption of best practice methodologies across project teams.Lead engagement and communication with our brand teams to ensure solutions are aligned with brand goals.What will make you successful!Experience working in a fast-paced team environment. FMCG experience is highly regarded.Significant experience in best practice project management methodologies and leading cross-functional project teams.Experience in end-to-end product management and understanding of NPD and value engineering in the product lifecycle.Capability in leading projects through StageGate and Accolade.Strong communication skills with the ability to facilitate stakeholder meetings and derive outcomes.Ability to build partnerships, influence others, and explore multiple pathways for solutions.Join us in building the next chapter of a proud Lion legacy by embracing a challenger mindset—being curious, courageous, and acting with conviction.
