About the Role
As a Senior Application Specialist in our Customer Success & Service Operations team, you'll work at the intersection of Technical Implementations, Product & Design, and Customer Success to deliver impactful digital solutions for our customers.
You will partner closely with internal teams - including Clinical Safety Officers, subject matter experts, Developers, QA, Support, Business Development, and Account Management - as well as external stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, partners, and industry regulators to enhance healthcare interoperability and ensure the successful delivery of key technology initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
Data Management & Insights:
* Act as a subject matter expert, using data and analytics to guide product decisions while ensuring product databases are well maintained, high performing, and reliable.
Technical Product Operations:
* Take ownership of complex technical issues, advocate for customers, coordinate internal teams to resolve problems quickly, and keep customers clearly informed.
Product Solutions:
* Work directly with customers to understand their technical needs, implement and configure solutions, and provide ongoing support, configuration, and reporting to meet regulatory requirements.
Product Iteration:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product direction by defining clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for continuous improvement.
About You
* Strong time management skills with an ability to self-manage tasks and priorities.

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Essential
* IT industry or implementation project experience
* Ability to gather and document customer business requirements.
* Professional written and verbal communication skills.
* SQL script development and custom report development.
Highly Desirable:
* Knowledge and experience of the health and community services sector is highly desirable
* Knowledge and familiarity with software development life cycle
* Experience in custom report development (through reporting services) and delivering small scale data migrations
Education/Certification:
* Relevant degree in a computer science or technology discipline (mandatory)
