for a Senior Motor Technician, Workshop Manager, Automation technician, or a Electronic Motor Specialist interested in the management of day-to-day operations and motor repairs within the workshop.
Requires mechanical electrical experience.
Salary depends on experience, above market rates.

A normal day includes Engaging with clients for timely and high-quality service.
Performing operations, maintenance/repair, and monitoring of systems.
Diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding automation products.
Communicating with customers, and offering price quotations.
Improving workshop setups and testing equipment continuously.
Ensuring the team maintains accurate diagnoses of products.
Managing workshop progress and providing timely updates.
Conducting annual employee performance reviews and wage increase recommendations.
Providing diagnostic and technical support to technicians.
Troubleshooting and repairing servo motors, drives, pneumatic and hydraulic devices, and PLC programming.
Work hours include: Monday - Thursday 7:00AM - 4:00PM Friday 7:00AM - 2:00PM with occasional weekend work.
