Real Estate Support Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This varied role will see you as the first point of contact for our clients and supporting our agents with tasks such as banking & purchasing, reporting, reconciling accounts, creating marketing collateral for new listings and preparing contracts.
About the Role:
* Manage leads pipeline and database prospecting
* Provide administrative support to a leading sales agent
* Assist with sales listings, ensuring a smooth sales campaign
* Respond to phone and email enquiries, schedule home appraisals and open homes
* Prepare and develop advertising material, contracts and information memorandums
About You:
* Prior experience in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to providing high-level customer service
* Creative flair, both written and content design, with an interest in the Real Estate industry
* Proficiency with Microsoft office suite, strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment
* Strong attention to detail with ability to prioritise, plan and meet deadlines
* Passion to positively drive change for clients and community
