2 x Full-Time Dental Assisting Traineeships – Monash Health Berwick and Dandenong
Monash Health is Victoria's largest public health service.
They provide safe, high-quality care to one-quarter of Melbourne's population, including seven hospitals and an extensive network of rehabilitation, aged care, community health and mental health facilities.
Monash Health Dental Services sit within the Monash Health Surgery Programme of Monash Health.
MHDS has 7 major sites in the local government areas of City of Greater Dandenong, Shire of Cardinia and City of Casey and a single dental clinic based in Kingston.
In addition MHDS participates in the Smile Squad Programme providing dental services at schools in the region.
MHDS provides dental treatment under guidelines of Dental Health Services Victoria to eligible health care or pension card holders and their dependants.
An exciting opportunity exists for Full Time Certificate III in Dental Assisting Trainees to join Monash Health's modern, professional dental practices.
These positions are available at the Berwick and Dandenong Clinics.
This traineeship provides an opportunity for trainees to gain hands-on experience, while also learning all that involves dentistry.
The successful candidates must possess the following qualities:
A high attention to detail & organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written, typed and verbal
Ability to work within a team and autonomously
Ability to multitask and prioritise
A passion to work in the Dental / Medical Industry
A Police and Working with Children Check is mandatory for this role.
