About the role:
Assistance with Travel and Transport- Providing travel and transport for people to access essential services. This may include school and work drop offs and pick-ups and after school care, taking to appointments, shopping, attending sporting events.
Assistance with Household Tasks- Assisting with domestic duties in the home, such as cooking, cleaning, washing and general garden maintenance.
Development of Daily Living and Life Skills- Developmental-focused activities and training to enhance the person's ability to live as independent an everyday life as possible.
Participation in the Community- Support in shopping, sporting and recreational events and new hobbies, social activities, visiting or making new friends, travel and transport and building confidence and social skills.
Supporting participant goals as listed on their NDIS plans and working with allied health professional and their strategies to support the participants goals.
