As Retail Sales Consultant at Beaumont Tiles, you will experience a truly diverse role. This position will have you developing trusted relationships with your customer, providing advice and offering a consultative approach to service. Your role is to ensure customers are delighted and excited about their experience with us, whilst helping customers achieve their ideal bathroom design. This role may suit a student perhaps studying in a related field such as interior design or Architecture for someone looking for part-time work. Just minutes' walk from Green Square station.

**THE SKILL SET...**
- Experience in retail sales and or related industry experience necessary but not essential
- Mature and self-directed approach to problem solving.
- Good rapport building and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technologically savvy and administrative skills
- Students studying interior design or architecture are welcome to apply.
**RESPONSIBILITIES **
- Helping customers with renovations projects and helping with product selections for their project during in-store consultations
- Liaising with Architect, Designers, Builder's and Project managers regarding new build and renovation projects
- Preparing quotations, providing specifications for the required projects.
- Building customer relationships & maintaining excellent customer service
- Involves administration tasks, processing orders and invoices.
- Merchandising duties involved within the showroom.
