Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Participating in a two-year graduate program with structured rotations across different areas of the business.
* Gaining hands-on experience within the Supply & Optimisation department, including Planning and Scheduling and time spent within Infrastructure at Lytton Refinery.
* Collaborating with leaders and teams throughout rotations to develop a broad skill set and strong understanding of the organisation.
* Engaging in tailored learning and development activities designed for early-career professionals.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering (Industrial Engineering considered for the Supply and Optimisation role).
* Recent graduation status.
* Solid technical foundations relevant to refinery operations.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
* High self-motivation and a strong commitment to learning, growth, and safety.
