Job Description

About the role:

Get ready to shine! In this role, you'll be the voice of exceptional customer service, connecting with our customers over the phone and turning their calls into memorable experiences. Let's make every conversation count! This role is open to part-time and full-time opportunities.

It also includes:

* Customer Service: Respond to inbound calls, addressing client needs effectively.
* Problem Solving: Engage in quality discussions to understand why customers want to discharge their policy and offer valuable solutions to retain them.
* Negotiation: Use proactive skills to turn disconnection requests into opportunities to save the customer relationship.
* Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and learning to enhance your knowledge and skills to create value.
* Delivery Focus: Strive to meet or exceed all metrics and KPIs while providing consistent, excellent service.

Desired Skills and Experience

About you:

* Experience in a customer-focused environment.
* Background in front office call centres, administrative, or customer service roles.
* Strong commitment to delivering quality customer service over the phone.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including patience, clarity, and empathy in personal, written, and telephone interactions.
* Ability to build and sustain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders.
