Role
As a Service Technician in an AGnVET branch team you will be experienced in technical service with knowledge of irrigation products and services.
You must be able to deliver consistently high levels of service by working on projects that involve the installation and commissioning of irrigation products; supporting project sales and delivering successful and profitable projects on time and on budget.
You will have the ability to provide general irrigation and water system service work, both on site and in store, to a consistently high standard.
You will also be required to provide skilled labour with demonstrated technical ability, including troubleshooting and making technical recommendations to customers.
You will be motivated, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, adaptable to change and have effective interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Install and commission irrigation products on projects
- Support project sales and deliver successful and profitable projects on time and on budget
- Provide general irrigation and water system service work on site and in store
- Provide skilled labour with demonstrated technical ability, including troubleshooting and making technical recommendations to customers
Qualifications
- Experience in technical service with knowledge of irrigation products and services
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
